If shopping and dining out are your forte, then this section of Edmonton will be very pleasing. The Skyview Power Centre is a dominant retail power centre in the Northwest quadrant of Edmonton and consists of four phases catering to multi-tenant retail uses. The strong retail mix consists of national tenants comprising of diverse food services, dining restaurants, furnishings and clothing retailers.  There is also Christy’s Corner that is conveniently located at the junction of St. Albert Trail and 137 Avenue in NW Edmonton, it contains a strong mix of service, food and specialty box retailers serving the greater Edmonton and St. Albert market. Adjacent to Christie’s Corner is the only theatre complex in northwest Edmonton – the 16 screen Cineplex Odeon North Edmonton Cinemas. Further north along 127 Street, you will find the Albany Market Square which is currently anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter. It can be categorized as an architecturally-pleasing retail gathering place, hosting a lineup of satisfying dining, financial and everyday consumer needs.
