Edmonton Catholic Schools
The Edmonton Catholic Separate School District No. 7 is governed by a board consisting of seven elected trustees who govern for a term of four years. District No. 7 is the fourth largest school district in the province and the second largest Catholic school district west of Metropolitan Toronto. District No. 7 consists of a total of 104 schools educating over 42,000 students.
Edmonton Catholic Schools follows the curriculum determined by Alberta Education, offered within the context of a Catholic Christian community. Programs that are offered include:

Which Edmonton Catholic School Will Suit my Kids?
Edmonton Catholic Schools features an open boundary system. That means that students are free to enroll at the school of their choice, depending if there are adequate resources and a suitable education program.
Is My Child Guaranteed to Get Into Our Chosen School?
Within each region of the City of Edmonton is associated with a designated feeder school. That means the students within a particular “catchment area” or school boundary are entitled to attend specific feeder schools.
Future Catholic Schools and Modernization
To keep up with the ever-growing demands for education, the Edmonton Catholic Schools board is currently building new facilities or performing major modernizations to existing schools.
